Psi-Tatts: Can project their psionic power beneath the skin of another psion, which resembles a glowing, pulsating, colorful tattoo. For psions, these tats are harmless and disappear in a few weeks. For humans, a psionic tattoo is deadly. As the tattoo spreads beneath the skin and throughout the body, the human victim goes insane as he carries out the whims of his psi-tatt master until his brain burns out and he dies.
